Ben Bond is a highly experienced Project Management Consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering MEP services across a wide range of construction projects.

He brings a practical, hands-on approach to managing complex mechanical, electrical and public health packages, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest technical standards.

Known for his clear communication and collaborative style, Ben works closely with clients, designers and contractors to manage risk, drive value and keep projects on track from early design through to completion.

Rachel Bond – Junior MEP Project Manager & CAD Designer

Rachel Bond is a Junior MEP Project Manager and CAD Designer who brings a strong combination of technical skill and organisational support to the delivery of building services projects.

She plays a key role in coordinating design information, producing high-quality CAD drawings, and supporting project teams across all stages of delivery.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive, reliable approach, Rachel helps ensure projects are well-coordinated, accurately documented, and smoothly delivered — providing valuable support to both consultants and site teams.
